07 NCAC 05 .0203 ADMISSION PRICES
The admission price for the U.S.S. North Carolina Battleship Memorial is fourteen dollars ($14.00) for persons age 12 and over, six dollars ($6.00) for children age 6 through 11, three dollars ($3.00) per student for organized school groups in grades kindergarten through 6, and six dollars ($6.00) per student for organized school groups in grades 7 through 12.

07 NCAC 05 .0207 PARKING LOT
The use of the parking lot, picnic shelter, picnic grove and grandstand is restricted to those interested in visiting and viewing the battleship memorial. Its use for overnight parking is prohibited.

07 NCAC 05 .0208 TOUR ROUTES
Tour routes for viewing the battleship are established by the Director of the memorial and are intended to provide the most comprehensive viewing of the battleship. Normal routes may be varied from time to time because of weather conditions or maintenance. Patrons are forbidden to climb over or upon areas or spaces which are forbidden by sign or are locked or otherwise not accessible by regularly installed ladders, doors, gates, and the like.

07 NCAC 05 .0209 DISABLED VISITORS
Persons who by reason of age or physical or mental handicap are incapable of making their way about the ship in a safe manner shall be accompanied by an attendant. The safety of those persons incapable of assumption of responsibility or unable to exercise reasonable prudence shall be the responsibility of the sponsor or accompanying attendant. Such responsibility shall not be assumed by the U.S.S. North Carolina Battleship Commission.
